[Spice-devel] how to limit each spice-client only can access its own usb device

virt-viewer can only redirect USB device to some specific VM that is
hosted by qemu process to which virt-viewer connects. Only one user can
connect to a qemu/spice-server instance so only that instance can see
the redirected devices.
