[Spice-devel] [ANNOUNCE] libcacard 2.5.2 released

Hi

A new libcacard release to remove libcacard.h warning, which is
problematic for people building qemu with -Werror. It is expected that
this change will be reverted in the following releases, once qemu
starts adopting libcacard.h usage.
