[Spice-devel] introduce ovirt-wgt - second attempt

Hi all,

Changes since [1]:

- Attended (I hope) Christophe's comments from previous set

- Added Makefile/spec and jenkins automation scripts

- Some other minor changes.

Current patchset starts at [2] (see the list under "Related Changes" there).
You can fetch it and checkout with:

git fetch git://gerrit.ovirt.org/ovirt-wgt refs/changes/33/45833/11 &&
git checkout FETCH_HEAD
