Yea, sure, but in terms of standard DPIs, this screen is "2x", so
96*2=192. Not really important for this discussion though.

Indeed -- the idea I guess would be a menu item called:

[X] Scale guest to host screen scale factor

When checked, the behavior would be as it is now. When unchecked, it
would be what's needed to make Windows usable.

Seem okay?
