Yes it's using a public name, which it made up (it's a string which is
then mapped to whatever QEMU options are appropriate). It's the name
people are using for this 'thing', so just Vmc might be unexpected. If
you want to rename from SpiceVmc to Vmc, I'd argue we should pick a
better name than "Vmc"
