It's a comment meant for the reader of the NEWS file, as imo it's useful
information, but has nothing to do with 0.14.1.

And actually this one was not supposed to be in the patch (I've removed
it for now), but I meant to ask if this is worth documenting it in NEWS
or not. Do we want it? And yes, this cannot be formulated this way, if
we add it to the NEWS file, it will mention the user observable result.
