[Swfdec] SwfdecGtkWidget and transparency

Hi,

I've never bothered with making the Swfdec widget translucent, so I'd
guess it doesn't work properly out of the box. I also have no idea
what would be required to make it translucent, but I'd happily take
patches that make it work - probably using
gtk_widget_set_app_paintable().
