Todd is still working though the various instructions. I helped him with
some issues in a private email discussion - nothing major, just some
ambiguities around how to do certain operations.

The package install testing is done, so 1.3.99.7 should not have the
install issues that Todd ran into. Another issue on OpenSUSE was also
reported recently (https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=73347) -
I still need to fix that.
