The conversion of the internal representation to and from the demo
sqlite schema. Several properties are not getting stored.

That's certainly a useful programming exercise. I am not sure whether
it's suitable for a production system, though, if that's what you intend
to achieve.

If you need a database as storage instead of EDS or the plain files,
then you might also want to look at the sqlite support in libsynthesis.

libsynthesis/doc/SySync_config_reference.pdf

It's probably going to be more complete and better tested.

SyncEvolution does not use that mode, it always runs as server or client
type='plugin'. It should be possible to change that.
