	Hi,
they do return expanded timezones, unless the library is built with
   -DUSE_INTEROPERABLE_VTIMEZONES=true
or unless the application (library user) calls:
   icaltzutil_set_exact_vtimezones_support (0);

That restores the previous behaviour. I'm going to call that function
in the evolution(-data-server) code, if available.
