Thank you. I see that stable binary has been made available. I will 
continue testing/using it.

I ran dnf reinstall syncevolution

Running "syncevolution --run  --sync one-way-from-local memotoo" at the 
command line, it appears to work properly.

Running the syncevolution gui, the same result.

Syncevolution is middleware; it moves data between applications. 
Therefore, the questions are valid in aligning Syncevolution with these 
other topologies that are at either end of the datastream (Evolution at 
one end; Memotoo and Android OSs at the other) that Syncevolution manages/controls.

So, if there are other users of the combination of Syncevolution, MemoToo, 
and Android, I would welcome to hear of how they manage these components.
