            Bug ID: 87954
Summary: "systemd-tmpfiles --create" returns 0 although it
                    failed
           Product: systemd
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: Other
                OS: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: general
          Assignee: systemd-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: mail at eliasprobst.eu
        QA Contact: systemd-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org

When the error described in bug#87953 occurs, the returncode of
"systemd-tmpfiles --create" is always 0.

Besides that fact it shouldn't return 0 in case there were problems, it might
make sense to have it return different returncodes:
- one returncode for "all items failed"
- one returncode for "one failed, others succeeded"
