Thanks for that enlightening comment, Simon. It's pointed me in the right
direction of what's causing the issue (rather then wait here for an unrelated
bug to get closed).

I've noticed that several of my session processed don't get killed:

How WOULD I have systemd send a SIGTERM to all of them when I attempt to
reboot? Manually sending a SIGTERM to the parent one seems to work fine.
