It turns out non of my session processes are SIGTERM'd. Even things like vim,
gvfs, or less are not being killed and result in the 90s delay.

KillUserProcesses in logind.conf might help, but I'm not sure how this
interacts if my local session dies and I've left a tmux session on the machine.
