Thanks, applied (with minor modifications).

Seems this is another place where kernel ABI changed, as 2.4 reported
the value in bytes, only 2.6 changed it to bits.

It might be worth filing a bug against the manpages pkg to get their example
in random(4) fixed, which suggests it was bytes, even though they
actually mention below that it is bytes...
