I think the comparison is not needed. The real question is whether
systemd needs better unit testing code.

That in itself isn't a plain answer by numbers. More unit testing
isn't per se the right answer.

Is it relevant to systemd? I don't think so... Not unless they posted
technical stuff, in which case it's possible they do not wish to share
their findings.
