the pager is a broken design

EVERY unix tool supports "command | more" or "command | less"
EVERYBODY knowing unix-basics is doing this since forever
ANYBODY who doe snot know has to learn basics

but you make it HARD to learn if the system is NOT consistent
because the "modern shiny" tools don't give a damn on unix
principles

make a --pager option and anybody who finds it nice
can do an alias - but leave pepople in peace who love
foll outputs and scrolling and avle to decide by themself
if it is too long and needs more, less, tail, grep, whatever
