both /sys/firmware/efi/efvars and Loader* entries are all there, e.g.
LoaderVersion* has "gummiboot 15" in it.

I see Loader::ConfigTimeout, -DeviceIdentifier, -DevicePartUUID,
-EntriesAuto/Default/Selected, -TimeExecUsec, -TimeInitUsec,
-TimeMenuUsec and LoaderVersion

maybe TicksExec is set conditionally?
