[systemd-devel] Should systemd-udev-settle.service have an [Install] section?

Tbh, I'm not sure if that is worth the effort.
If we start adding those systemd specific flags to the LSB header, we
can just as well add a native .service file. Thanks to systemd's
concise syntax this is in most cases not much more work and has more
benefits.
