The translation is at least self-consistent now, good! However, I am
not quite sure that it is consistent with the existing translations
from GNOME or KDE power management applications. I will check and
report that separately.

I do have some comments, though.

That's a rather creative rewording. In fact, it may be more to the
point than the original English string, but I am not 100% sure. Code
authors, could you please comment whether this back-translation from
Russian into English makes sense in the original context? "Allow users
to leave programs running in the background after logging out"

Is there any prior art for translating "seat" as "терминал"? Won't
that clash with "tty" at some point?
