[systemd-devel] alternate cryptsetup

I have presently been able to mask the actual systemd-cryptsetup at .... 
services so they will not run.

The funny thing is though that if you add one of those devices to 
/etc/fstab while the service is masked, you get this:

It's a dirty monitor.
