[Tango-artists] mime types and files

Hi there,

You must know the deal, you´ve just installed some icon set and it doesn
´t cover all mime types.

So how about an emblem style approach? A theme could specify a location
(x,y) and size of an overlay. You have a default background, say for
text/code/image files, then the extension/specific type is overlayed on
the background.

What do you guys think?
