[Tango-artists] mime types and files

Tango is not going to cover all possible mime types in the base theme.
It is meant to provide a generic base set of icons. Aside from that,
text really shouldn't be placed into icons. The filename should tell
you what it is, along with the icon. The icon should only contain shapes
and colors, ideally.
