[Tango-artists] Are Tango artists for hire?

Hi,

Tango looks like an important idea.

I have an immediate commercial project and would like to use Tango,
but you all don't have some of the icons that the project will need.

Questions:

 1. Are Tango artists for hire to design new icons with a similar look?

 2. Can these be contributed back to Tango so they become Tango standards?
