[Tango-artists] FC5 repo for tango

I've added the tango-icon-theme and icon-naming-utils daily CVS builds
to the utopia repo. The utopia repo already has cvs versions of HAL,
gnome-power-manager, gnome-screensaver, PolicyKit, and other stuff that
may break your system.

As with any CVS snapshot packages: if your system breaks -- you get to
keep both pieces.

It may be useful for someone, in which case enjoy.
