There are two icons that need to be fixed: the user-trash-full and user-trash 22 x 22 icons are slightly greener than the other user-trash-full and user-trash icons. The 16 x 16 folder-visiting icon does match the other two folder-visiting icons: it looks more open (like the folder-drag-accept icon rather than the folder-open icon). I hope this helps.
