[Tango-artists] Licensing Questions for Tango Icons and Derivative Icons

I have attached the specific text that I am planning to include in the
license file based off the advice provided below.
If anyone sees any issues with this or it does not follow any of the
licensing clauses please let me know so I can fix it.
I am just waiting on a configuration change prior to submitting it to the
Boost Sandbox (it should happen within the next 12 hours). For those
interested in the files they can be checked out of subversion at this
