[Tango-artists] Two application icons needed for gstreamer apps

Hi all!
Stefan Kost came into the #tango irc channel asking for some help with 
two applications he is working on.
I asked him to file a bug about it.

I'll try to draw at least one of these this week, unless someone beat me 
to it (yes, that's a challange!) :)
