Hi artistes!
Nevermind my uninformed comment earlier. Rodney explained on IRC the
reasons behind protecting the page (people requesting artwork in the
form of adding tango friday items). I've added a description at the
start of the page explaining it's not for polling artwork requests, but
a status page.

Hopefully it becomes useful again.
