[Tango-artists] some basic icons still needing work

It may be that you current icon scheme is only not named correctly.

I for myself had to copy the contents of ~/.icons/$theme/$size/actions to
~/.icons/$theme/$size/gtk. After since then the beautiful tango icons of my
theme appeared everywhere. (My theme is a color mod of Tango Green Materia
including unofficial icons found everywhere on the web, like icons from this
list and from lokheed at deviantart.com)
