I'm in no way an expert, but there are two things I don't like a lot
about your icons:

1) They are VERY glossy. They look good, but I don't think all that
gloss sits too well with the Tango style. They look more like KDE or
Ubuntu's Human theme.

2) The fact that they are shaped after a button. They are after all
placed inside a button, and having a button inside a button doesn't make
much sense to me.

Otherwise, they look great.
