[Tango-artists] Generic Network Items

Here's a second round. It includes something that could be used for IPS
appliances, and a few other devices.

The tarball with the 48x48 bitmaps and SVGs are available here:
http://www.quantum-bits.org/?p=57 . The servers are bitmap-only. I guess
it'd OK for web documentation...
