[Tango-artists] gParted icon

I think the icon here is better, as it uses a circular
graph to show partition break-up, which is more common
to users, and doesn't use the hard disk from tango-icon-theme.
I would lighten up the disk it does use though. I don't
know why there hasn't been any further activity on the bug
though.
