[Tango-artists] Inkscape Tango Icon Theme

Hello!

I've been working on Tango Icon Theme to add new icons and complete all the set.

Some previous icons have been modified for some reasons (better integration, better pixel grid adjustment, bug-free,  
etc.)

Maybe you could help with suggestions and reporting bug or maybe  your own work  in order to finish it and be included 
in the Inkscape future versions.
