When there's a g-i version with Danielle's fixes, we can annotate GArrays with
an element-type. (Until then, we can't - we'd crash gir-scanner.)

Blocked by https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=581687 being fixed in a
release (being fixed in git is not sufficient).
