Based on IRC discussion I've promoted this indication to a flag on the
Connection - either all Mails are really threads, or none are.

I've adjusted this as I suggested above, forbidden it on connections where its
validity isn't visible, and made URL_Data into a variant as a way to pass
several bits of information back into RequestMailURL.
