Currently Gabble will use XEP-0126 (privacy list) invisibility on a server that
supports both XEP-0186 and privacy lists.

Arguably, XEP-0186 should be used when it is available for simple invisibility,
as it is a straightforward and fool-proof protocol.

Also, once Google Shared Status is introduced, it will need to take precedence
over XEP-0126 as well (as it does not interop well with other invisibility
methods).
