That'd be a prerequisite.

If we want to improve the storage format (one keyfile per account, maybe?),
doing that at the same time would be nice, so we only need one migration.

I'm not entirely sure whether Telepathy accounts are configuration
(g_get_user_config_dir, usually ~/.config) or application data
(g_get_user_data_dir, usually ~/.local/share); various people have opined that
keeping them in GConf (as Mission Control 4 did) was an abuse of GConf, but
perhaps GConf and ~/.config aren't considered to be the same thing?
