             Bug #: 51687
           Summary: Triage examples
    Classification: Unclassified
           Product: Telepathy
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: tp-glib
        AssignedTo: telepathy-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
        ReportedBy: xclaesse at gmail.com
         QAContact: telepathy-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org

Over time, tp-glib growed with lots of supposedly exemplary code. But over time
the recommended code paths also changed. I think a big triage in the examples
is needed.

As example taken from bug #49372:

examples/client/extended-client.c
> > /* FIXME: there should be convenience API for this */
>
> Is this still applicable? Probably not, because real applications (except MC)
> shouldn't be using RequestConnection anyway.
