[3/3] McdAccount: migrate avatars to a XDG path

This is the easy part of XDGification: there is no plugin involvement or
anything for avatars (yet!), it's just hard-coded.

Changing the avatar location from a single directory to a search path
results in some new corner cases, so test them.
