Indeed, the Name field used to be mentioned in that document, but I removed it
after it became clear that having the name be inside the file would require
reading all files in order to look up a manager by name, and that duplicating
the name of the manager could lead to inconsistencies.

It was discussed that the ObjectPath and BusName fields could also be omitted,
given that they can be inferred knowing only the name of the connection
manager, but the discussion didn't get very far. It would mean that the
ConnectionManager stanza wouldn't have any fields defined as it stands, and
would therefore be somewhat useless.
