[Telepathy] ANN: telepathy-sofiasip 0.3.17

Hi,

I'm glad to announce (after a few missed opportunities on previous releases) that telepathy-sofiasip version 0.3.17 has been released. Telepathy-SofiaSIP is a connection manager component implementing SIP protocol support with the help of Sofia-SIP stack. This version has minor behavioral changes that might be interesting to Telepathy clients.

New in this release:

   * Modified the channel list destruction sequence to avoid crashing.
   * Emit MembersChanged with reason _NO_ANSWER when an outgoing call 
times out.
   * Set the peer as the actor in MembersChanged emitted on the peer's error
   response.
   * Reuse TP_CHANNEL_GROUP_CHANGE_REASON_BANNED as the indication of a call
   rejected due to not having proper auth credentials.
   * A lot of memory leak fixes.
   * Code cleanups.
