[Telepathy] ANNOUNCE: telepathy-mission-control 5.0.beta1 released

This is the first mission-control release implementing the 
AccountManager and Account Telepathy interfaces.

It's highly untested and not meant for distributions to users; testing 
by developers is welcome.

Important note: you have to create new accounts, as old ones are not 
recognized.
