That's what I think about most of this thread! I'm not going to attempt
to specify account conditions until or unless someone can come up with
some requirements and/or use cases. I'll continue to document it as being
out of scope for the Account interface.

You're more than welcome to put a branch on Merge Monkey based on my
tp-spec-accountmanager branch (use that branch as the "base" in
branches.list, for more sensible diffs). Please make generous use of the new
<tp:rationale> markup.
