[Telepathy] Contact selector in Python

Hi,

To integrate IM features in applications, the most needed widget is a
contact selector. There is several implementations of such contact
selectors; I listed the ones I know on this wiki page:

If you know other implementation, can you add it to the list?

I am updating my old Rhythmbox' plugin [1] with the new Tube spec
and I tried to use Zhang Sen's contact selector successfully. Now I
wonder what it the best plan to integrate this correctly. If the
contact selector code is copied in all projects which use it, it
may become a mess. Should someone do a proper Python module, and reuse
it? Or is there a big picture I missed?
