[Telepathy] msn support status

I really root for butterfly! I would like it to be selected instead of
haze and libpurple for MSN in ubuntu, so I'm filing bugs, and since
they didn't get attention I made a try to the mailing list :)

I'm writing here because I see that while empathy has a very fast
developement, while instead butterfly seems really slow.
does it have a lower number of developers which are currently working
on other projects?
