This is a reasonably minor bugfix release for the stable series.

Enhancements:

• On Maemo, when connected to Google Talk, suppress presence updates
   while the device is idle. (wjt)

Fixes:

• Blocked contacts are no longer unblocked if they're removed from
   stored. (fd.o#20597, wjt)
