[Telepathy] Empathy is now using GSettings

For anyone building Empathy master. I've just merged the branch that
ports Empathy to GSettings. You're gonna require GLib 2.25.9.

I'm now happily using it with the DConf 0.4 backend. If you don't have
DConf, it won't save your preferences between instances, you have been
warned.

There is a .convert file for gsettings-data-convert that should ideally
convert your GConf preferences into DConf prefs.

This is a fairly direct port, that doesn't really take advantage of
things like g_settings_bind() yet. Be aware though there is no more
EmpathyConf, any outstanding branches that call into EmpathyConf need to
be ported to pure GSettings.
