[Telepathy] Communication between different PCs

     I wonder if there is some mechanism or work is done to create network
connection between two PC that one has telepathy in and the other doesn't(
Windows System) .
Or what I have to do is to write a new CM for such case , and make windows
system for my telepathy's server?
