[Telepathy] GNOME GSOC: Improving libpurple & telepathy-haze to support more protocols

Some libpurple protocols do not work through purple-haze as those protocols
use custom dialogs to request important information.
As those can't be handled, big parts of protocols can't work properly.

An example is Gfire where Gfire asks the username to be searched (for the
Xfire user search) using purple dialogs.
A solution would be to implement functions in libpurple that handles those
problematic things, so that they could be handled in purple-haze.
This would improve the working functionalities and improve libpurple on the
same time.

Once this would be implemented, protocols could use those functions so they
would finally work through telepathy-haz.

I would like to do this as GSOC and am searching a mentor.
